1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 111d website accessible at 111d.io and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 111d Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to all Accounts.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Business Day" means any day that is not a Bangladesh public holiday, Friday, or Saturday.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available in every Player's Account dashboard.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 111d Platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is effected at the earliest of: (a) creating an Account; (b) clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration; or (c) continuing to use the Platform after being notified of an update to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

111d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 111d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 111d, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by 111d management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage through the use of automated systems, bots, or coordinated wagering strategies.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the 111d Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. 111d accepts no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify 111d support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

111d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Player's welfare, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

All Accounts on the 111d Platform are subject to a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide, on request, documents including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (for example, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

Withdrawals will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification. 111d may request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

111d does not charge deposit fees on standard methods. Processing times are typically instant for mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to one Business Day for bank transfers. 111d is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of approval for fully verified Accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless prior written approval has been granted by 111d's payments team.

111d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is an ongoing investigation into Account activity, or where outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the 111d Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). 111d does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the responsibility of the Player and subject to the terms and fees of that provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

111d may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 111d reserves the right to exclude any Account from promotional offers at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account balance automatically.
• 111d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, systematic staking patterns, or coordinated wagering — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 111d Platform — including slots, live casino table games, video poker variants such as Deuces Wild, blackjack variants such as Double Exposure Blackjack, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective published rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing conducted under studio conditions supervised by accredited providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are indicative and reflect long-run statistical averages; they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an interrupted round, 111d will endeavour to settle the round in accordance with the state of play at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. 111d's decision on any disputed game outcome is final.

Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures, and FIFA for football). Settlement times may vary. In-play markets are subject to the rules of the applicable sport and the specific market conditions stated at the time of the bet.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, matched betting schemes, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Attempting to exploit any error, glitch, or loophole in the Platform's software or game logic.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or misrepresentation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 111d staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including other Players' Accounts or 111d's backend systems.

10. Responsible Gaming

111d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools that are accessible at all times from within your Account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account restrictions), and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period. Any Account found to be associated with a self-excluded Player will be closed and the balance refunded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 111d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 111d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 111d.

The 111d brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 111d. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use 111d's trademarks for any purpose other than the personal use described above.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if 111d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 111d takes reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Participation in gambling activities involves financial risk. By using the 111d Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries the inherent risk of losing money, and that you accept that risk freely and willingly. 111d is not responsible for any losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the Platform.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

111d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

111d uses your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of Platform services. 111d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for the operation of the Platform and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments to These Terms

111d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 111d will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered Players by email.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document as the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 111d Platform shall be subject to the governing law applicable to offshore gaming platforms operating in the international jurisdiction under which 111d is constituted. 111d operates as an offshore gaming platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the 111d support team to seek an informal resolution. 111d aims to resolve all complaints within five Business Days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before an independent arbitration body designated by 111d, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 111d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
